How we handle your personal data when you contact us or engage our services.

Contact details: when you get in touch by email, phone or through the Website, we process your name and contact details (email, phone) in order to respond to you.

Data provided when engaging our services: if you hire our services, we process the data collected in Annex I of the Service Agreement (buyer profile): nationality, tax residency, foreigner ID number (NIE), budget, search preferences and, where applicable, details of the property transaction.

We do not request or process special categories of data (health, ideology, religious beliefs, etc.).

Contact details are kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Data arising from the contractual relationship is kept for the term of the Service Agreement and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (tax, commercial), and in any case for the three (3) year confidentiality period agreed in that contract.

Your data may be shared with the following recipients, only to the extent necessary to provide the contracted service:

No international data transfers take place outside the European Economic Area, except where strictly necessary to manage documentation for a non-resident User (e.g., NIE processing), in which case you will be informed in advance.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info [at] mallorcapsi [dot] com, enclosing a copy of an identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law.

8. Security Measures

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data processed, and to prevent its loss, alteration or unauthorised access.

9. Cookies

In its current version, the Website does not use its own or third-party cookies, nor any analytics, advertising or social media tools that require User consent. Should any such technology be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and User consent will be requested via the corresponding cookie notice.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Controller may amend this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative, case-law or regulatory developments. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

This English version is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version of this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
